Administrative Coordinator

Olam SVI - Egypt - Giza

Job Purpose:

To support the Administration Lead in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of administrative services 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the contracted security company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of employee transportation buses, ensuring punctuality and safety.
  • Liaise with transportation providers to manage routes, schedules, and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with the company driver(s) for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
  • Maintain logs for vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage the Facility such as (Buffet needs, Offers for givewayes, Office supplies)

Bachelor’s degree.1:3 years of experience in administration.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
