Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (Master’s is a plus).4–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within an HR/recruitment agency.Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong networking abilities and market awareness.Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
