- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining a professional environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations; manage correspondence and communications.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing organizational projects and events.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience in an administrative role; familiarity with office management procedures.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of office management software and tools.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.Preferably a resident of 10th of Ramadan City or near areas.
