- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of international and domestic freight shipments.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Arrange for cargo insurance and manage claims in case of loss or damage.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize routes, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and customer interactions.
