  • Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry for payroll, benefits, and attendance.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in audits or investigations as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
