- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to optimize procurement processes.

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical specifications and requirements are met.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, is a MUST 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the agricultural, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Familiarity with sourcing raw materials, packaging, and production equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze data, assess supplier performance, and generate actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards.Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
