- Contracting with external shipping companies to transport goods to international customers.
- Reviewing documents related to incoming and outgoing shipments for customs compliance before shipping and verifying them upon arrival.
- Assisting in tracking vessel arrivals with maritime agencies for inbound and outbound shipments and obtaining shipping permits.
- Coordinating with transport contractors and arranging the transport of shipments in collaboration with the warehouse department.
- Calculating and requesting checks for customs fees and maritime agency dues through the financial department and following up on their submission to the bank.
- Updating the Logistics Manager on new customs regulations, circulars, and exchange rates.
- Reporting work challenges and proposed improvements to the department manager.
- Performing any other tasks assigned within the scope of work.
Bachelor's degree in commerce or an equivalent qualification.3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG industry preferred).Knowledge of ERP systems for logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Problem-solving skills.Logical analysis.Time management.Effective communication.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
