Responsibilities:
- Prepare market research for various industries to estimate replacement costs and fair value estimates.
- Support useful lives and depreciation techniques for all types of machinery and equipment.
- Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets.
- Understanding of technical & commercial lifespan of plant & machinery.
- Understand technical data, charts, plots, maps, records and documentation.
- Writing valuation reports.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.Previous experience in factories, hotels, resorts, or hospitals is preferred (Production Maintenance Procurement *Supplies).Practical experience ranging from 2 to 8 years.Proficiency in documentation and report writing.Proficient in using computers, especially Excel.Skilled in research and studying scientific references and related websites on the internet.Strong ability to review and verify numbers and values.
