Recruitment & Selection:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Organizational Development:

  • Support the design and update of organizational structures and job profiles.
  • Assist in implementing performance management and succession planning processes.

Training & Development:

  • Support the implementation of learning and development programs.
  • Coordinate training initiatives across departments.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with performance outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.2–4 years of experience in recruitment, OD, or training.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio.
