Retail Sales Supervisor

  • Set a meeting with the representatives to review the reports submitted by the sales team daily to identify and setting objectives.
  • Divide the monthly target on the reps. according to the plan.
  • Reviewing the balances of the stock, and define the required priorities for the team.
  • Follow up on the loading of reps' cars.
  • Guiding the team and support their efforts.
  • Review delegate returns to ensure that returns policy is being done.
  • Conduct regular visits to market, to evluate the reps performance and listen to clients.  
  • Training and developing the skills of team.

Bachelor's degree accredited by a reputable university.FMCG background, preferably (not a must) within cosmetics, detergents, and etc, a minimum of one year of experience as a sales supervisor is requiredValid car driving license (Must owning car)Good English language and MS Office skills.
