End to End ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects. Take the role of agile coach and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams. Responsible for the delivery of the VBU Marketing Calendar Understanding of Digital channels technologies & architecture. Strong interest & skills in software development for internet, mobile and/or communications technology Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken) Proven track record of managing complex software projects with agile methodology. Having programming experience Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile conceptsPossessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master Aware of DevOps tools and techniques Agile Coach certification Experience coaching at large organizations Must have several years of proven hands-on experience in managing projects in agile environments. A strong technical background and ability to understand architecture, source code & technical issues to drive effective agile delivery. English (B2 or above) Any other non-native language an advantage
