  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OTC medical supplies.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, pharmacies, retailers, and healthcare providers to expand product availability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns, product training, and sales materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product performance to optimize profitability.
  • Train and support sales teams, distributors, and retail partners on product features and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, CE, etc.) and company policies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote OTC product lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.10+ years of experience in OTC medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical supply distribution.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.Strong understanding of OTC market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and supply chain logistics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%).
