Sales Operation Executive

  • Handle the CRM data, assign leads to Sales and follow up on receiving feedback.
  • Provide clerical and Administration support to the sales team. 
  • Process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are delivered on time. 
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information 
  • Respond to give after-sales support when requested 
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Communicate with Marketing department regarding leads, and distribute it to Sales on a daily basis. 
  • Report leads feedback & leads status to Operation management.
  • Carrying out the sales operation specialist’s duties in case of absence.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related.V. Good in English languageFrom 2 to 4 years of experienceProven work experience as an Operations Executive or similar roleGood time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues. Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening. Very good problem-solving skills.
