1- Site Team Management
· Lead and direct on-site engineering and technical teams to ensure construction activities are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
2- Site Setup
· Oversee the site preparation for construction activities, ensuring availability of necessary materials and equipment for work.
· Track various construction stages such as excavation, concrete pouring, and installations, ensuring adherence to the project timeline.
3- Daily Operations Management
· Organize and monitor daily operations on-site, ensuring each activity is completed according to the established plan.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site and investigate any incidents that occur.
4- Team Coordination
· Coordinate with supervisors of other departments (such as civil, electrical, and mechanical) to ensure effective inter-team collaboration.
· Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges quickly and efficiently.
5- Quality Control
· Monitor the quality of on-site work to ensure it meets engineering specifications and standards.
· Prepare regular reports on work performance and quality, ensuring corrective actions are implemented as necessary.
6- Resource and Equipment Management
· Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained periodically.
· Coordinate the transportation and movement of materials and equipment on-site in line with project schedules.
7- Communication with Project Teams
· Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and project team to provide updates on site progress and any challenges faced by the team.
