HORECA Sales Supervisor

  • Supervise and lead the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel and implement strategies to expand market share.
  • Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal product placement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to HORECA clients to assess needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives to enhance team performance and professional growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with HORECA partners in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its unique sales cycles and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.
