  1. Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to trucking and freight services professionally and efficiently.
  2. Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of shipments.
  3. Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to customers.
  4. Manage customer accounts, ensuring that all transportation services meet contract requirements.
  5. Handle customer complaints or service issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of all service requests, complaints, and resolutions.
  7. Provide support and mentorship to junior customer service staff.
  8. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and shipment performance.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal departments (warehouse, billing, sales) for smooth operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.Strong understanding of trucking logistics, freight documentation, and dispatch operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., TMS, ERP systems).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
