- Monitor and assess sales calls and interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular quality evaluation reports
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives
- Collaborate with sales managers to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Identify training needs and contribute to the development of training materials
- Prepare detailed, well-structured written reports on evaluation results, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Recommend process improvements to enhance overall sales performance
