Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for injection molds and sheet metal dies.
- Minimize machinery downtime and ensure continuous production flow.
- Injection Machinery Oversight
- Monitor the performance of injection molding equipment and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Optimize machine availability and functionality.
- Sheet Metal Die Maintenance
- Plan and execute maintenance activities for sheet metal dies.
- Lead modifications and upgrades based on production needs.
- Spare Parts Management
- Manage spare part inventory for molds and dies.
- Ensure timely availability of critical components and optimize stock levels.
- Tooling and Mold Modification
- Lead engineering changes and mold modifications to support production and product design updates.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop a team of mechanical and maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and ongoing training.

- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Implement Lean and TPM practices in the maintenance process.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Submit regular reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in injection mold and sheet metal die maintenance, including team leadership.Strong technical background in manufacturing maintenance, tooling, and mold technologies.Proficient in 3D CAD programs such as NX Siemens and SolidWorks (mandatory).Solid understanding of manufacturing methods including CNC machining, wire cut, and EDM processes.Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold fabrication.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
