Spare Parts Retail & Whole Sales

  1. Assist in developing stock orders.
  2. Manages the quotation process for all parts sales.
  3. Develop sales strategies for region to increase market penetration.
  4. Act as partner and participate in the sales process of used equipment.
  5. Perform outbound sales calls and customer visits to promote offerings.
  6. Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand current product mix.
  7. Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
  8. Participate with the inventory team in maintaining a Lost Sales Tracking program.
  9. Replenish assigned inventory daily. Advise inventory team when areas of the department are not in satisfactory condition.
  10. Professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
  11. Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers.

 


Proven work experience as a Retail or a Whole Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail or whole sales processFamiliarity with consumer behavior principlesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresBasic math skillsTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work various shiftsHigh school degreeBSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
