- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and BOQs.
- Evaluate and approve subcontractor payments, variations, and claims.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage procurement processes.
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure financial control and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, MS Excel).
