Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Create and present detailed design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed working drawings and specifications to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate with project architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with overall project plans.
• Conduct site visits to review the implementation of interior designs, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design development, technical detailing, and client presentations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of interior design phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices to incorporate them into projects effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for future collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
