- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email lists, and other online tools
- Build and manage lead lists using CRM and outreach tools
- Qualify leads based on target criteria and pass them on to the sales team
- Assist with outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Track and report lead generation metrics regularly
- Stay updated with market trends, tools, and best practices in B2B outreach
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or digital services environmentFamiliarity with automation tools and AI-powered research toolsStrong research skills and attention to detailComfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email outreach toolsOrganized, proactive, and responsive to feedbackExcellent in English (written and spoken)Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus
