  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks, and forecast performance. 
  • Preparation of Business Plan and related assumptions.
  • Preparation of market study on both macro and micro analysis especially in real estate and hospitality field. 
  • Having experience of conducting business valuations with different methodologies using income, market and asset approach and relative valuation.   
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to provide insights into financial outcomes and their implications.
  • Preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts and making monthly comparison versus actual performance.
  • Perform DCF valuation analyses to estimate the intrinsic value of projects, investments, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
