Job Summary:
To lead strategic recruitment for all roles (technical and non-technical) across the group, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent that fuels growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle hiring for roles at all levels and functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing, HR).
- Source engineers (process, mechanical, automation) and production specialists using engineering networks, technical forums, and industry events.
- Talent-search for commercial, finance, and operational roles via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional associations.
- Collaborate with department heads (Engineering, Sales, Finance, etc.) to define role requirements, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Position the group as an employer of choice across sectors (manufacturing, FMCG, industrial tech).
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies (ATS analytics, time-to-hire, diversity metrics) for all vacancies.
- Ensure seamless onboarding journeys for both technical and non-technical hires.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, including hiring for both technical roles (engineering/manufacturing) AND non-technical functions (sales, finance, operations).Experience recruiting in multi-company or multi-site industrial groups.
