- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Receiving hiring requests from managers according approval manpower plan or urgent work need and complete approvals.
- Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.
- Lead and implement the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct phone interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Receiving the job offer from compensation and benefits section and send it to the accepted candidates.
- Collecting and review hiring documents from new hiring before delivering it to personnel team.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and job fairs.
- Headhunting required positions.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Prepare manpower plan annually monthly recruitment reports.
- Create database for all candidates.
1-Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant qualification. 2- Experience in Construction company is a must , specially below collar recruiting .3-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and ERP system.4-Responsible, committed, with effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
