Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and client requirements.
Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals in line with company capabilities and client specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and costing departments to gather required data for proposals.
Perform cost estimation and prepare pricing sheets.
Ensure all proposals are submitted within the deadlines and meet client expectations.
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and follow up on submitted proposals.
Maintain documentation and records for all proposals and revisions.
Support the sales team in pre-sales and bidding activities.
Participate in negotiation meetings as required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).2+ years of experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales (preferably in construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors).Strong knowledge of costing and tendering procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and proposal software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills
