• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical specifications, quality, and cost.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality and safety standards, including GMP compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with the engineering, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure correct specifications and stock availability.
• Support audits and ensure full documentation and compliance with SOPs and pharmaceutical industry standards.
