- Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries
- Label, store, and organize items in the designated storage areas
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Issue stock as requested by departments and maintain accurate records
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in periodic inventory audits
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety of stockrooms and storage areas
- Update inventory records using stock management systems or spreadsheets
- Coordinate with purchasing and other departments for stock-related matters
