Senior OD & Recruitment Specialist

  1. Cooperate in setting and maintaining the annual manpower plan through coordinating with departments heads to identify recruitment needs and ensure the execution.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  3. Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
  4. Prepare orientation to the new employees to explain University strategy, policies, and work environment.
  5. Develop University policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
  6. Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
  7. Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  8. Responsible for analyzing workload across all departments to ensure a fair and efficient allocation of tasks.
  9. Prioritizing work based on organizational needs and performance analysis.
  10. Providing assistance with any requirements related to the Human Resources Department.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in OD and recruitment.Human Resources Certificates are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.Excellent Excel User and ERP.Very good command of English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
