Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics).3–4 years of experience in terminal operations, with a strong background in HVAC systems and cooling cycles.Capable of understanding and supervising work related to refrigerated containers, even without prior direct reefer experience.Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of coordinators and technicians.Responsible for ensuring all work is properly executed and verified, and that operations run smoothly and efficiently.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
