Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze mechanical systems, components, and products.

• Develop technical drawings and specifications using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (electrical,production ).

• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and propose solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mechanical codes.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and BOMs for the new projects (Bill of Materials).

• Recommend improvements to enhance system performance or reduce cost and breakdown.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, Pumps , Compressors , gearboxes, Plastic Extrusion , belt conveyors , hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and Pulverizers.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Experience with maintenance management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
