Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage calendars, agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for upper management.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence professionally.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the direct manager when needed, take detailed notes, and provide structured follow-up actions.
- Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues and other departments when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and similar applications.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and operational teams.
