Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing strategy across various digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting overall business growth through targeted marketing efforts. You will work closely with management, the sales team, and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- Create and oversee engaging content (text, video, and graphic) for marketing channels.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize lead generation funnels and manage CRM systems to track client inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with immigration consultants and other departments to align messaging.
- Manage relationships with vendors, media partners, and external agencies.
- Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and SEO performance.
Required Qualifications:experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learnProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsNumerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communicationUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementBSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related fieldStrong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and advertising tools.Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot (or other CRMs), and analytics platforms.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
