Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with excellent communication skills to effectively engage parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Oversee and support the implementation of English Language Teaching methodologies and curricula, ensuring high academic standards.
- Foster a positive behavioral environment through a strong understanding of child psychology and student engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media partners to promote school activities and highlight the institution’s strengths to the community.
- Drive educational excellence by introducing and supporting technical training and classroom management programs for staff.
- Establish, monitor, and assess clear KPIs to continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning
- Set Selection criteria and Interview and hiring process of school personnel, aslo identify hiring
requirements for school. - Review and implement school policies.
- Organize school events and extracurricular activities
Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a School Principal or in a senior academic leadership role.Strong academic background in education, educational leadership, or related fields.Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills.Deep understanding of teaching methodologies, modern classroom practices, and student welfare.Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with digital platforms and social media engagement strategies.
