Supervise daily accounting operations: AP, AR, cash management, GL, payroll, fixed assets, treasury and taxes.
Oversee monthly and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of trial balance and financial statements.
Monitor project costs, progress billing, work-in-progress (WIP) and revenue recognition specific to real estate.
Collaborate closely with project managers on budgets, forecasts, and progress tracking.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax law (VAT, corporate tax), EAS/IFRS standards, and internal control processes.
Prepare management reports, cash flow analyses, variance reports, and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate profitability, capital investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements and accounting KPIs.
Education : bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred) Experience : 5–7 years in corporate accounting, with at least 3 years in real estate financeTechnical Skills : Strong knowledge of EAS/IFRS, tax regulations, ERP systems (Odoo) is a plus, advanced Excel
