Junior HR - Payroll and personnel

  1. Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  2. Ensure accuracy of attendance records, overtime, and leave data.
  3. Verify payroll-related changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, deductions, and allowances.
  4. Coordinate with accounting to ensure payroll disbursement is accurate and on time.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
  6. Maintain employee files and ensure they are updated with contracts, personal data, disciplinary actions, etc.
  7. Follow up on employee attendance, sick leaves, and annual leave balances.
  8. Assist with onboarding of new hires, including collecting documents and explaining policies.
  9. Handle employee offboarding processes including final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance forms.
  10.  Prepare and submit Social Insurance Forms as required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration.Basic knowledge of local labor law and social insurance regulations.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
