1- Monitor forecast, master plan, delivery and production schedules.
2- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
3- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
4- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
5- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
6- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
7- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
8- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
9- Keep paperwork organized
10- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
1- Experience at the furniture industry ( prefer ) 2- The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Applied Arts or Production mechanics .3- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Cutting List.4- Strong team leadership abilities.5- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.6- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
