- Supervise and follow up the daily shipments and transportation of raw materials, spare parts and machines from suppliers to factories
- Supervise and follow up the shipments and transportation of finished goods from factories to customers.
- Reviewing shipping contracts with shipping companies and air and sea freight lines.
- Validating and finalizing the completion of paperwork for shipments and customs clearance of shipments on time.
- Reviewing and finalizing the needed work/tasks with customs and customs clearance companies.
- Coordination with cargo inspection bodies.
- Follow-up of the customs current account with the financial department.
- Follow up and negotiate delay fines for shipping and storage.
- Finalizing the invoices for shipping and customs clearance and review them with the financial department to pay them on time.
- Making sure the proper implementation of the insurance procedures for shipments.
- Monitoring the work of the logistics team to reach effective performance.
Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration,or a related field.Min of 7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international freight (air & sea).Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics systems.V.good in English (spoken and written).
