- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for efficient and timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor vehicles and routes and adjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption.
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during delivery operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role, preferably in the delivery industry.Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools.
