We’re Hiring AR & QC Supervisor, Location: 6th of October City.

Technical Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of QC analysts and laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the execution of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure all laboratory operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and approve test results, laboratory documentation, and Certificates of Analysis.
- Investigate and resolve out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and non-conformances; lead or support CAPA implementation.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure equipment is qualified and maintained according to SOPs.
- Author, review, and update SOPs, test methods, and other technical documents.
- Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits; ensure laboratory is always audit-ready.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.
- Foster a culture of compliance, teamwork, and professional development within the QC team.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology (preferred).Experience:4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical AR & QC laboratory development.Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, dissolution, wet chemistry).Familiarity with cGMP, USP, ICH, and other relevant regulatory requirements.Experience with method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of data integrity requirements and laboratory documentation practices.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team development abilities.
