Data Governance/Privacy Engineer (VOIS)

Employment: Full Time
Knowledge of data governance models including roles and responsibilities, processes and metadata management. Candidate needs to have a passion for data privacy and have an understanding of data privacy legislation (GDPR) and personal data management best practices. Knowledge of telecommunications networks and various industry applicable data sources (e.g. passive probing, radio traces, OSS network elements, etc.) is mandatory. Experienced in data management techniques (i.e. data profiling, data cleansing, data duplication, etc.). Experienced in data quality management techniques (i.e. KPI definition, KPI monitoring, etc.). Experience using statistical programming languages and packages (Python, PySpark, SQL) and able to get hands on with examining and cleansing large and complex data sets. Google Data Catalogue a plus). Engineering or Computer Science graduate is mandatory, or equivalent hands on experience in data manipulation and management. Understanding of Telecommunications Networks and related data sources
