- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Develop & manage the preventive maintenance plan
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and mechanical systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure applying the health and safety policies
Required Technical/Professional Qualifications: 1. University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 2. At least 10-15 years of practical experience along with management experience, specifically in frozen foods industries.
