- Developing and implementing quality standards.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Oversee all QAQC activities related the project
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality records, maintaining comprehensive records throughout,
- Coordination: Collaborate with the consultants, contractors, and project teams to address quality issues and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in the construction industryExtensive knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and international quality frameworks.Demonstrated success in managing compliance audits, quality systems implementation, and contractor oversight.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, PMP, or similar quality credentials are preferred.Fluent in English, with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
