- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring continuous communication and understanding of their needs.
- Collect, manage, and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Lead nationwide (or regional) sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with other departments to align sales goals with overall company strategy.
- Stay updated with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Manage client accounts, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and coach sales team members.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in sales; at least 2 years in a leadership role.Agricultural Experience: Previous experience in the agriculture or agri-business sector is a MUST.Technical Skills:Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with CRM toolsSoft Skills:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilityResilience and ability to work under pressureLanguages:English: Very Good
