We’re seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Sales Channel Moderator to manage customer communications, process orders, and coordinate fulfillment via WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key player in ensuring smooth order operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages across WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Register customer info and orders in the company’s internal system (AppSheet).
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
- Follow up with customers before and after delivery.
- Report daily order activity, complaints, and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Basic data entry and coordination abilities.Ability to work with mobile/web-based systems (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.)Experience with FMCG, delivery apps, or customer service is a plus.Organized, responsive, and customer-focused mindset.
