- Prepare and update preventive and developmental maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical data of equipment to create an accurate database.
- Plan and coordinate planned maintenance shutdowns and routine technical stops.
- Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance implementation and report on progress.
- Create technical report for unplanned downtime as initial RCA Report.
- Manage and continuously update the equipment technical database.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement and technical departments.
- Generate recommended list of spare parts
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning or industrial maintenance management.Good familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is prefer .Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work within a team.Consider, respect and apply all HSE requirements.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for preparing maintenance tracking and performance reports.Ability to use scheduling software’s as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
