Implement the procurement process assigned by the Procurement Manager according to approved specifications.
Directly supervise the performance of procurement representatives, develop them, assist them, and collaborate with them in certain procurement roles.
Participate in supplier evaluation and development, and resolve supplier issues with the Procurement Manager.
Provide price quote comparisons to determine the supplier company, providing recommendations that may benefit the committee in its selection.
Monitor the market and supplier conditions, and provide complete information on suppliers' addresses in all specialties.
Request price quotes according to specifications and quantities, and implement negotiations and purchasing processes in an efficient manner.
Prepare procurement reports and submit them to the relevant authorities.
Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar roleGood working knowledge of purchasing strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systemsA bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
