- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on investment proposals, including hotels, airlines, DMCs, cruise operations, and related tourism ventures.
- Prepare investment memoranda, feasibility studies, ROI and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and manage financial models, including cash flow forecasting, EBITDA projections, valuation assessments (DCF, multiples, IRR), and scenario planning.
- Analyze operational KPIs for proposed and existing businesses and benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Review historical financial data, legal documentation, asset valuations, and market reports to assess commercial viability.
- Work with legal and tax teams to assess ownership structures, compliance risks, and cross-border tax implications.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.
- Monitor the financial performance of acquired businesses and provide post-acquisition support as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. CFA, MBA or ACCA is a plus.Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in investment analysis, M&A, corporate finance, or private equity, ideally with exposure to hospitality or tourism sectors.Strong understanding of business models in hospitality, aviation, and tourism, including operating costs, seasonality, debt structuring, and return metrics.Proven track record in preparing investment-grade models and decision-support documents for high-level executives.Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border deal structures is advantageous.Familiarity with deal execution, including term sheet negotiation and SPA support, is desirable.
