Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify graduation eligibility lists for students across all faculties.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Higher Education and internal stakeholders for graduation approvals.
- Supervise the printing and distribution of graduation certificates and syndicate reports.
- Manage graduate data entry, statistics, and reports using the Banner system.
- Respond to official correspondence and international data verification requests.
- Support quality assurance and attend ministry and accreditation meetings when required.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in university administrative systems (e.g., Banner or equivalent).Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and document preparation.High accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting.Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.Knowledge of academic policies, graduation procedures, and syndicate requirements.ExperienceMaximum of 7-10 years of experience in student affairs, or academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Information Management, or a related field.
