1-Monitor the quality of plastic injection molded components through in-process and final inspections. 2-Define and implement inspection standards and testing procedures (dimensional, visual, functional). 3-Ensure the implementation of quality documentation system. 4-Investigate root causes of all injection defects using tools like 5why,Ishikawa (Fishbone diagram). 5-Co-operate with mold maintenance, tooling, and production teams to eliminate root causes. 6-Collaborate with process engineers to ensure stable and capable injection molding processes (monitoring parameters like temperature, pressure, and cycle time). 7-Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records. 8-Ensure the implementation of 4M change Or the initial 4M. 9-Monitoring failure cost KPI for quality sections. 10-Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or Lean tools. 11-Train quality inspectors and production staff on quality standards and defect identification. |
Education background : Bachelor degree In mechanical engineering , Industrial engineering , science.Experience : 2–5 years of experience in quality control or process engineering, preferably in plastic injection molding or home appliance manufacturing.Technical skills :1-Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, mold design basics, and material characteristics (e.g., ABS, PP, PC).2-Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) , ISO Standards, AQL standards, SPC, MSA,PFMEA.3-Proficiency in Microsoft office , MinitabSoft skills : 1- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.2-Attention to details and proactive attitude.3-Good communication and team-work skills.
